I do not check the website often, but thank you for the kind words and you have done a fantastic job staying fit and healthy!!!
Ed asked me to let you know that he is teaching his last 2 classes for the year today. If your friend would like to attend, one is in Victorville 12- 1:15pm and the other one is in West Hollywood 4 to 5:15 pm. Sorry for such a late notice, but if she wants to attend, have her call Ed at (951) 529-0178 for directions and details.
