Riverside running, walking and fitness club
Interval training at Riverside Community College track, Tuesday 6 pm.
6:00 - 6:15 warm up + exercises and stretching
groups A and B: 1200m, 1000m, 800m, 600m, 400m, with half of the distance recovery (jogging) between each distance. so, you start with 1200m fast, followed by 600m jogging, then 1000m fast, followed by 500m jogging etc.
group C: 600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, with half of the distance recovery (walking) between each distance.
running pace: as fast as you can, but realize that you'll have to finish the training.
please bring your sport watch and record your 400m time. tell me your time at the end of the training.
